Student Leadership

Student Leadership Team

Opportunities exist for students to develop leadership skills. Formal programs at CHHS include:

  • Prefects
  • Student Representative Council
  • Peer Support
  • Sport Leaders

The Prefects are elected by their Year 11 and Year 10 peers,  and staff. The Captains and Vice Captains are then chosen by a panel of teachers and students from the Prefect cohort. The leadership Term for our senior leadership team (Prefects) goes from Term 3 to the end of Term 2 the following year. The SRC is elected by their peers.
