School Uniform is compulsory. It is expected that the Chester hill high school uniform will be worn with pride. All uniform is to be worn as designed, and not altered in any way. Only the uniform items listed are acceptable.
For all excursion or out of school activities, full school uniform must be worn. Variations to this will be noted on permission notes sent home.
Plain white socks or pantyhose in black or beige
Black school shoes - Clarks Style, black leather lace-up school shoes only. Heels no higher than 6cm. No platform shoes
Tartan pleated skirt - Maroon, Grey and Black in colour with 2 front and 2 back pleats
Custom polo/button shirt with emblem Years 7-9 or white shirt with collar, sleeves and buttons
Custom white shirt with collar, sleeves and buttons is compulsory for Years 10, 11, and 12
Mid-grey tailored pants or slacks

Occupational, Health & Safety regulations require the following: School - Black leather fully enclosed lace-up shoes (Clarks Style) must be worn.
Sport/PD/H/PE - lace-up sport shoes only that provide adequate support and grip. (No canvas shoes)

If students have a reason for not being able to wear a uniform then they must bring a note signed by their parents.
What to do when not in uniform
Bring a note written by your Parent/Caregiver stating the reason why you are out of uniform and when you will be back in uniform. The note should have your name, roll call group and the date clearly written on it.
The note must be stamped by the Head Teacher administration or one of the Deputy Principals and a pink uniform pass or a Uniform Exchange referral will be issued
Notes will be stamped between 8.15am and 8.50am. Notes will not be stamped after the assembly bell has rung.
If you do not have a stamped pink pass for being out of uniform you will be sent to a Head Teacher and given a detention
Students with a note, who are out of uniform, may be lent some school uniform to wear for the day from the uniform exchange
